How to tell Landlords I have a house for sale?

Hi, I apologise if this isn’t the correct place to post this - and if it’s not, please redirect me.
I am looking for a way to inform Landlords that I have a terraced house for sale in the North East, next to the sea. Price: offers over £60,000.

The estate agents are pushing “First Time Buyer” but I know they are wrong.
I need a buyer who is an out-of-area investor.

Since the house went up for sale I have had 39 people ask me if I will rent it to them. So there is plenty of custom.

Where (dear Landlords) do you look, when searching for a property to add to your portfolio?
Where can an individual like me connect with Landlords who want to buy?

Thanks for helping me, I’m grateful.

If you know where you want to buy go and drive around and find out who owns the property and contact the landlord directly through the land registry

Estate agents usually have investors on their books who they alert when they acquire a suitable property.

Strange that they haven’t done this especially if it’s an area where there’s high rental demand.

You are the customer you could ask them to change the blurb to appeal to landlords too.

Or shop around for a different agent.

Investors often look on auction sites but may expect lower prices but at the moment some are going way above the guide price.
