I don’t know whether I am just being a bit thick but I can’t find my messages. I got an email from a tenant giving notice which directed me to Open Rent, I replied and closed the app. Now when I reopen it I can’t find any of my messages at all by navigating around. Help !
Hi Steve, if you are logged in and go to your dashboard, then you should see options including “Unread Enquiries”. Just click on that to see all tenant enquiries.
