Finding past messages

I need to refer back to past messages i have sent in my message box, but cannot find mt message box anywhere

Thanks for your question. The answer depends on what messages you’re looking for.

For example, if you’re a tenant, then all sent messages to landlords are visible here.

However, as a landlord, your incoming messages are separated based on property, so you’d need to go to the property in question, and then there will be a link to every enquiry you received. All your properties should be visible here.

If you’re referring to messages to a service supplier (like a gas engineer for example), then that’s available from your services dashboard, again, this is split up based on the property.

I am referring to services supplied to me from a service supplier. The messages are not available to see on the dashboard. Please tell me where they are?
