I’d like to advertise on this site but do not want a billboard outside my house.

Can i genuinely ask why you choose nit to have a board outside your house I presume (maybe incorrectly) that if you advertise in this site a picture of your property along with the street name would be displayed.
Just curious nit in any way meaning to be condescending or having a go
i chose not to have one as I knew I would have enough response without it and I did . Otherwise you get the curious from across the road ,who just want to see is it better than the place they are living in
It often adverises that the place is empty, which may carry additional risks.
Granted but surely a listing in the web site has the same effect and these days i would imagine that people who are in the mindset of looking for “vacant” properies dor whatever use would also search on line just seems futile and like its a status thing
Yes, there is that. There’re also opportunists, who come across the billboard by chance and take a chance. For me, it would be minimising risks. But each to their own.
As @Colin3 states, you can opt-out of having a “To Let” board at your property, and we’ll always notify you before sending one out. Thanks!
