I have a new tenant lined up and I don’t want to publish my listing and get loads of enquiries, is there a way to send it to the tenant rather than publish?

We’ve got a guide on this here.
In short, you’ll still need to create a listing to start the process, but you can just use our free advertising option and pause this straight away to avoid getting lots of enquiries.
You can then send the link for the listing to the tenants and they can use the green “Rent Now” button to start an application.
