I have found suitable tenant but if I advertise the property he is not computer savvy and won’t be able to respond. Any suggestions how I can proceed without advertising
If you want to use RentNow, then one of their staff may be able to help you. If you’re not too bothered about that, you could join one of the landlord associations and they have all the required documents for you to create your own tenancy.
