Can I register for rent now even through I have found a tenant and do not need to advertise?
Yes you can use Rent Now just to create the tenancy with a tenant you have already found.
You will need to create a free advert on OpenRent and then ask the tenant to click the Rent Now button to start the process. You will receive simple email prompts on how to proceed from there.
