I have a new tennant who has viewed and agreed to move into the property on 1st June…I would like to use OpenRent to undertake the tenancy checks; complete the tennancy agreement, etc…am I able to do this without going through the initial part of the advertising process ? as there is no need / requirement for this…Thanks for your help

This is quite common for many of our landlords who are lucky enough to have already secured a tenant.
A new listing will still need to be created, though this isn’t anything to worry about - you can just pause the advert straight away.
This will prevent the property from being advertised, so you can just fire across the link to the tenant so they can initiate Rent Now.
