I have inspections for my properties coming up soon.
Does anyone know if open rent have a template? I cant seem to find one. Or would someone mind pointing me in the right direction to find a solid template form I could use? I just want to cover all bases when doing the inspection.

from my experience:
check for mould particularly in bathroom
check alarms are working (take a pole!)
check under sink in kitchen for any leaks indicating u-bend blockage
check boiler pressure and top up if nec.
check for any clothes on rads
check tops of all external walls for any signs of damp penetration
check no damage e.g. screws in walls, scratches to hob, carpet burns
check in loft every 6 months if T has access
check overall condition/cleanliness (e.g. no clothes piled in a heap in bedroom, no dishes piled up everywhere in kitchen)
check for cigarette butts outside back/front doors
check all gutters clear (e.g no rain patches down walls, grass visible in guttering)
check roof all intact
it becomes intuitive after decades so I may have missed something I do subconsiously… and others will no doubt add
