Does open-rent carry out right to rent and evidence of university offering letter in their credit search for an international student.
Also paying 10 mths in advance to open rent. What info do I give the tenant for their bank transfer.
Prev used high street agency who handled this but now trying open rent.

I think you don’t understand the process. Openrent don’t do ANY checks. They introduce you to third party credit ratings agents, who are working as agent for you. Ultimately you are responsible for everything. If things don’t work out, you have no comeback on openrent. They are just a platform.
