It seems unlikely they will be in âexcellentâ condition after a few years of wear and tear (and the existence of chips and scrapes does kind of invalidate that description)
âGoodâ or âFairâ is probably more appropriate.
From what I have seen of the DPS tutorials on claims against deposits, high quality photos showing specific condition and/or defects are far more valuable than the words in an inventory report. As noted above, meaning of âexcellentâ, âvery goodâ and âfairâ are quite subjective.
