Is the OpenRent sample AST free to use if not using other OpenRent services?

Am I free to use OpenRent sample AST for a tenancy if I’m not using any other OpenRent services at the moment? Just checking as I don’t want to break any OpenRent t&cs.

OpenRent’s AST is available as part of our Rent Now service. We do not currently offer a standalone editable tenancy agreement.
