Ive Been Charged £25.00 Per Person For Referencing.. Why? Your Website States £20.00 Per Person?

Hi,

I have recently started the referencing process through yourselves. I have been charged £50.00 for referencing for myself and my partner when your website and adverts that you post state that the referencing is £20.00 per person being referenced. Is there a reason why I have been charged an extra £10.00 for this?

Hey Daniel, yes it should only be £20 per tenant. If a landlord has charged you more than this, then pop us an email with some more info and we’ll sort it out!
