entirely depends on your approach. For example, I plan never to claim on LL insurance unless the house is rendered unihabitable. I self-insure for any other issue to keep my premiums to a minimum. I therefore have insurance covering buildings only with correct rebuild value and rent covered for up to 3 years. I find the cheapest insurance that offers this. Typically, it’s AXA.
