Landlords - do you prefer verified tenants?

Hi All,

I just saw an amazing flat listed. I lost out a couple of times because good flats go so fast - sometimes in a few hours. I was wondering if landlords prefer tenants who go through the basic tenant verification? Or does it matter because you all will do a full verify anyway?

It doesn’t matter to me. I also noticed that it’s usually desperate T or T on a low income with little choice that make this extra effort.
