I have a number a good applicants which vary considerably I was wondering what are the top 2 things other landlords use to choose Tenant’s.
To gel with them, you have to like them as an individual &. Have to be in work

Hey Colin, just wanted to say I took your advice about gelling with them and their employment status and it worked. For now anyway. I have a full months rent up front and deposit (which has gone to TDS). Early days but so far so good.
