I have noticed that all inquiries made from Zoopla or Rightmove doesn’t get landlords response in their inbox and it delivers to their spam or junk . Not everyone checks their spam folder and that means potentially you will never be able to reach out those potential tenants.

Not ideal but that’s the tenant’s choice. If they don’t get a reply and can’t be bothered to check their spam to check for a reply, either they aren’t interested or they lack the communication skills needed.
Why should you care so long as you get a good tenant from the competent and interested ones?
If you are bothered, add something to your listing and your auto reply saying ‘Please check Spam folder and monitor your inbox’
