I’m a landlord in Thurrock (Essex) with a 5-bed house (potential for 7 rooms + annex) and I’m exploring leasing it to an established supported living / care support provider.
I’m not looking for rent-to-rent or guaranteed rent schemes.
My question is:
for those who’ve successfully leased to supported living providers, how did you identify and approach the right providers or estates teams, and what should I have ready before the first inspection?
Any practical insight from real experience would be appreciated.
