Listing engagement dropped after reactivating property - any advice?

I listed my property a while back and got a lot of interest initially, around 20 to 30 enquiries in the first 24 hours. I decided to suspend the advert while I carried out some refurbishment work, and I have only just reactivated it a couple of days ago.

Since reactivating, I have had little to no engagement, even though nothing major has changed in the listing or the market rent, In fact, the property has now been refurbished. I can’t seem to make it a new listing again either.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a way to boost visibility once a listing is reactivated? Any ideas on how to get it in front of prospective tenants again would be appreciated.

@Ni11

If originally on Rightmove or other portals, check has reactivation also put it back on those?

Rightmove OR and other portals I think put the most recently listed first (as well as those recently reduced) - try changing price slightly to see if appears higher when searching in your area?

Potential tenants may have set up prompts for when new properties are listed or may see was listed a while ago and assume has been taken - add ‘RELISTED’ to headline

Try contacting those who were originally interested?

If all fails do a brand new listing

Good luck
