Looking for a house in or around Crookes, Sheffield

Hi All.

My son and his girlfriend are looking for a 2-3 bed house, budget around £1,000, preferably unfurnished, in the Crookes area of Sheffield, or nearby.

He is a graduate and has been working for a year. His girlfriend starts her graduate job on 1 July. I am an openrent landord, and happy to be guarantor.

He is renting in Sheffield at the moment and keeps the flat immaculate!

Does anyone have anything coming up??
