I would really appreciate it if anyone would like to participate in some research for a new start-up I am leading. This would involve a very quick phone call, where I would love to hear more about your experience with tenants, the good and the bad.
I’m hoping to make a service where a “good tenant” is guaranteed. If that is something that interests you, please comment!

A good tenant is never guaranteed, it’s not a thing.
like any relationship it’s a combination of characteristics from the tenant, interacting with charateristcs from a landlord interacting with legislative pressures on both and outside situations which are very changeable (especially at the moment)
