I’m in a very tough situation. Served a section 21 but no deposit in scheme.
Bullied years told homeless nimatter what as she wants to sell. Ive been loyal since 2011 had to do all my own repairs as shes refused and made me do it she even said use some of the rent and she will reimburse me but never did hence section 8 and 21. She forced me to get a boiler on disability scheme only ro turf me out by bulling me. Sent cops maliciously to try get social to take my 4yo but didn’t work.
Ive became disabled phisically and have bpd so mentally this is all destroying me. The twnancy ends 27th of September. I was in DV till 3 years ago wirh mt little ones dad. I have a carer living in hythe who can look after me full time so id like to try get over southampton way as faraham has no housing.
Its not my local area so they can only offer private and help with deposits. I have 6 days. I have a 4year old girl. Only option i have is going to stay with her dad who abused me 5 years. Id really loke to avoid that as hes destroyed me enough already. Hes just been took into hospital may not live due to ayortic problem. He is currently on resus. Just had a head CT.
I need to move quick. I have a van sorted thanks to my boiler man who ironicly j met through my landlady but hes stayed loyal to me after seeing her bullying me.
Making me homeless with my 4 year old.

Is there any places available that want good tenants but dont overcharge? I’m disabled. Rent allowance is capped despite x3 increases and now council told me i need to go out of the area means i cant get council housing as not local. Im fareham not southampton. Please can anyone advise? Any lovely landlords wanting a helpful friendly tenant? Rent can go direct to landlord wirh being disabled (osophisal dysmotility) so won’t be any issues
