I posted my flat’s listing on Wednesday. I got only two enquiries. I think I overpriced by 100/month. If I lower it to 100 less, will it show my advertissment as “discounted” and would that look badly? What do I do. I messed up listing price too high.

It will show as reduced. I’ve done it before & it’s not a problem. I’m just honest & say I advertised at higher rate to gauge interest & try my hand.
You arnt getting enquiries now, how can it be worse?
