Management Plus

Hi,

I’ve been charged Management Plus services today at 8am for £19.

I’ve checked with my wife who didn’t conduct this and was surprised to find Open Rent has charged us for this service.

We have paid for Ultimate Advertising that we received the receipt immediately after purchase (£49 + vat) back on the 28/8 but we definitely did not request for Management Plus.

Could someone from Open Rent review this, please? Thankyou.

I’ve every confidence that you will have selected this service, even if by mistake when setting up your tenancy agreement.

That said, I’m sure you’d be better to contact Openrent helpdesk direct rather than via this Landlord forum. To do so log into your Openrent portal, click ‘Need help’ and scroll down to send a message.

I’ve logged in via the contact page as well however, I noticed another individual discussed their matter via this chat room - so was hoping a faster response.

I’ve always had prompt messages back via the ‘send a message’ option. As you were only charged at 8am this morning, and would have only messaged them since, I think you should allow them a day or two to reply.
