Ex Tenants both traced but living at grandparent house. Could I do MCOL at that address.? I won court case a year ago to evict as they didn’t pay just under £5 k rent. Any other advice as well would be appreciated pls?

You only need be able to prove you’ve served notice, so use a Process Server to visit them and serve notice.
