Messaging box problem

Has anyone else found it impossible to use the messaging box properly on an android smartphone?

The message box doesn’t grow and scroll to the bottom of the message you’re writing so after about 4x lines you cannot see what you’re writing.

Does anyone else have this? Seems like the app hasnt been tested properly. I am taken to typing out the message in a notes app then copying pasting over into OR!!

I am on a samsung galaxy and have tries both chrome and samsung internet browsers (updated) and all are the same.

Oh no they contacted me and fixed it a week or so ago! Quite impressed actually. … although I am surprised more people weren’t experiencing the same?

No issue for me on my Android galaxy s10+. Maybe was your phone/browser only? :slight_smile:

@Peter104 maybe @mod_harry can help you out? Could be your account there’s a thread where a tenant had no reply from LLs for months and OR support, seems messages weren’t arriving ( a friend sent identical messages and got replies), another tenant reported same - see

I can see you sent us two emails in January, both of which we replied to the same day. It would be worth checking your spam/junk folders and adding our domain (openrent.co.uk) to your safe senders list.
