Is anyone else having difficulty with getting PAT test reports from OpenRent.
I’ve recently had EICR & PAT surveys done in 4 properties. All the EICR reports were done OK but none of the PAT tests - 2 missing and 2 with less than half the requested items tested. What’s more I’m having difficulty getting OpenRent to address the matter. After two weeks of emails which have got me nowhere, they are now saying they’ve referred it to the subcontractor and the appear to have washed their hands of it.
Am I alone?
