I’m having contract from agency for 1 year but i want to move before 2 month I informed agency and flat owner both before 2 month but agent is asking me to pay rent until contract ends so what should i do
You want move out after just 2 months?
If you signed a one year contract then you are liable for rent, council tax and utilities for the full 12 months even if you move out.
You can try to negotiate.

It would not seem unreasonable to pay to contract end, as per the 12 month agreement you have signed.
