Myself and my partner (30+yrs old) have been living, working and renting in Australia for 8 years. We have a good track record and excellent credit scores here.
Unfortunately, not the same for the UK since we haven’t been earning there, and still paying off those wonderful student loans.
I was thinking to get written references from our agencies and private landlords we have had in the past in australia, would this be a good idea? worth it? whats the best method here? Do agencies/ landlords even accept overseas applications?
We have both our parents willing to do an inspection for us close to their homes.
