Moving out early

Hi there, my tenant is moving out two weeks early and we have agreed to change the end date of the tenancy. I new tenant can’t is having trouble starting her tenancy the day after the current tenant moves out as the Open Rent portal is still showing the original end date.

Has anyone had this issue and know of a way to resolve it?

Manage tenancy

Choose the active tenancy

Scroll down to ‘cancel options’ and press that

Use the deed of surrender template get signed by all parties with new date

Upload

Etc
