Why, after two weeks, have we not received a single tenant enquiry for our property? We’ve set the rent lower than similar flats in the same block, and we’ve spent tens of thousands of pounds on renovations. This situation makes no sense to me, and I have no idea what’s going wrong.
I paid £69 for the property to be listed on Zoopla and Rightmove too, but when I check those sites, the advert doesn’t seem to be placed properly.
Every time I call OpenRent, I’m told that a message will be sent to their “landlord section,” but all I receive are generic emails with no real assistance, just the same information that’s already on the website.
Can someone please help me with this issue as I have totally lost my trust in Open Rent. Thank you.
