Zoopla and Rightmove enquiries not coming through

Hi, it’s been now more than two days since my listing is live. However, I have not received any enquiry from right move or Zoopla. I also did around 7 to 8 test enquiries and they also have not made in to my portal. Topic has been discussed multiple times, but I’m feeling really disappointed and how Open Rent is handling such cases. Appreciate any help and support from others who had the same issue.

I bet you have had a message from Openrent saying ‘they know you have submitted test enquiries’, and that they don’t send them through? They know!

Open rent will get back to you it just takes longer at the weekend. They need time off too.

Our support team can help look into any enquiry / email address / phone number if you reach out to them and ask exactly what happened, but I can assure you nothing is getting lost and our systems are all working and processing hundreds of thousands of tenant enquiries.
