I have taken on OpenRent’s Rent Collection service.
The tenants have asked me to confirm the bank details they pay the rent into?
They would have received an email from open rent, giving them this information. I don’t know, but I suspect if they log into their open portal, it might also tell them there.

@Ruma_Sahnaz_Begum they will get this from OR on the tenancy dashboard and will have been told by email - get them to check their s p am/junk folder and /or contact OR support. As LL you don’t see it but they can, apparently.
