Has this serviced improved? I have not seen many positive reviews or comments about this, being told that tenants are told to call various numbers to get an issue sorted.
For example, if a tenant has an issue with the boiler, or gas, or electrics, what are the steps involved?
- Eg1 ‘no hot water’, what do management plus do? Do I have to pay more after?
- Eg2 ’ dishwasher isn’t working, what do management plus do? Do I have to pay more after?
