Has anyone used upad? I am considering a managed service and after using openrent I can never go back to using letting agents again.
I would love to know whether if anyone has experience of their " Fully Managed Letting Service " for £599.
Haven’t used it myself. Friend of mine did and said it did the job, but dont forget it’s £72/month on top of the £599! And looks from their website like they don’t do rent collection for that either so not sure what happens if it goes wrong.
