OpenRent 'phone verification not working

Last year, as a landlord, I was able to verify both my landline of 0141-248 58nn in Glasgow and my SPUSU mobile of 07460-1334nn and publish an effective advert on OpenRent

Now that my Chinese lodger has left to be closer to Glasgow University, I wish to advertise that I have a room available in the centre of Glasgow again.

However, when I try to publish my advert, I am told that I need to verify the same two phone numbers again - but I never receive verification codes !

Unfortunately it has now been more than 5 weeks since I alerted OpenRent to the fact that I am not receiving any verification codes to either number and nobody has either called or emailed me to resolve this issue.

Could anybody privately message me with an Open Rent email address that is actually answered by a human being?

Update: 24 March 2025 at 15h01 UTC: I have now received yet another robotic email from queryreceived-donotreply[AT]openrent[dot]co[dot]uk with the same mendacious content I received in February of this year: “Thanks for contacting us, we’ll get back to you within one working day.”

Update: 25 March 2025 at 12h34 UTC: Still no response other than the same robot emails promising a one working day response - seems OpenRent is running on Autopilo until the fuel runs out…
