I have done the open rent application and at no point has it allowed me to add my wife as a named person ( that I could see ) so I just want it so that my wife can talk with open rent just as much as I can. With any communications with O.R.
1 it takes the pressure off me doing all the work. 2 anything we need we talk togeather about issue wise is 50/50 3 the tenants know it’s my self and my wife. So it’s just letting O.R. know she is 50/50 on this and needs to be named somewhere so she can talk to them esp if I am away. ?

How far have you gone with the process? Assuming it hasn’t already gone to issuing contract, then the Landlord can simply press a button on their Openrent platform to ‘add borrower or guarantor’. Once they do this, you’ll be asked to fill in their details.
You need to speak to your Landlord.

I thought most, if not all communication with openrent is intended to be online system or occasionally by email, so why will your wife need to “speak” to openrent?
