Edit: new to Openrent: it seems that I need to pay £ 30 for the wife too. What has evryone done? Did you find that it’s best to rerefence all adult tenantsand pay the extra £30 please? Hi, I have just started referencing my first applicant and his name was there by default. Openrent said that I could add the other tenant (wife) later on. When I tried to message the tenants to ask for both phone number and email addresses, Openrent flagged a security warning about sharing those details. I want to add that, although I have Rentnow, I asked all applicants to not place a holding deposit, which would apparently resolve the issue. Is there another way around it? What has everyone done to get those details added? Did you just ask the tenants for those details on the openrent messaging system?

Go to the application / referencing page. From memory there is a simple option to add another applicant or add guarantor button.
