Hi, currently I am renting to 2 tenants who signed the AST contract together. One of them wants to give his notice now. The other wants to stay for another short duration eg two months. Can I do this, as I thought I am supposed to create a new contract and these are a minimum of six months with four months breaking clause. Any thoughts?
