Payed a deposit but it did not go through

I have made a deposit this morning,
the bank confirmed that it was made but for some reason it has not been confirmed in OpenRent’s side and I have received no confirmation.
what should I do?
I have a merchant number for the payment and a transcript of the conversation with the bank.
