I paid the full amount by bank transfer and it said I’d get instant confirmation but I haven’t had anything. My account still says ‘awaiting deposit’. Any idea when I’ll get confirmation and account will be updated?
I’m having the same problem the funds have left my account and not apperd on the site and haven’t had confirmation. I have emailEd open rent still waiting for an answer
