My local council will be sending one single BACS payment covering 2 months’ rent, and I will also be sending one personal payment for the first month’s rent and deposit.
Could you please confirm: Can the same OpenRent payment reference number be used for both the council’s payment and my personal payment? Or should I use a different reference for my own payment?
Just want to ensure both payments are allocated correctly to my tenancy. Thank you!
