Hi someone has got in touch about if I would let to them with a small, non-shedding, hypo-allergenic dog. Generally I’d say no, but she is happy to pay a bit more and a higher deposit. The house hasn’t been refurbished either, it will be good for another couple of years but after that will think about refurb.
In the meantime is there contents cover for landlords out there that cover any potential damage by pets?
