12 months ago to the day my tenant went on holiday a local resident re ported to the police that they had not seen him for a few weeks, the door was forced but no one was at home,the police called out a company to secure the door they used 2 screws only,12 months later i recived a bill from them for £210 pounds for a job i did not request… must i pay this invoice any advice

If the Police had good cause to break the door down then yes, you probably have to pay for the repairs.
