My posession claim was struck out because I did not use the “prescribed Section 21 notice in force at the date of service of the notice”.
The section 21 was issued on 21 June 2023 - It required posession on 25 August.
Was the section 21 form 6A recently changed? Has the judge got it wrong? Should I apply to have the case restored?
I have checked 6 times and the form was that on the website - It was the Form6A
It was included in the claim and circled “B”
Did you download the latest version of the form from Gov uk website? The up-to-date forms are always there, as long as you don’t download them well in advance.

I have no idea why they do not version or date these notices but if it helps anyone else
