I received an aplication to view my flat . The tenant gave all the right answers and was a perfect fit. However after confirming the viewing time slot via OR the name of the aplicant changed from Zack to Ishwak . I asked who am I dealing here but no answer so far. Got to be carefull .
er… did you not conduct a right to rent check? It’s a legal obligation. That would have confirmed the identity of the applicant.

People from other countries often adopt Anglicised names when theyre here. It doesnt necessarily mean hes trying to defraud you. If hes perfect ask him to complete an apication form and that will give you all his information.
Apparently this person logged in from a partners account. Asked few more questions and it sounded good enough.
Uff.
I haven’t seen him yet. I will check all the paperwork and use OR for refencing. Thank you
