Bit of an odd one and probably obvious but can the prescribed information sheet (from TDS) be a photocopy after landlord has signed it or do the tenants need to be given one with “wet ink”?
What do people usually do?

If you use Openrent RentNow, this is all correctly served by OR without Landlord involvement. Its a great service for those who don’t want to worry about missing the detail.
