Does anyone know if OpenRent have any affiliations with professional cleaning companies for the Slough/Windsor area please ?
I feel an affiliated cleaning company would be more inclined to be reliable and do a good job.

Don’t bank on it. Better off sourcing your own in my opinion. Plenty of stories on here about unreliable gas engineers appointed by OR. I dont think they do cleaners regardless.

We’re in the process of doing EICR and gas safety that we foolishly ordered from OR. It’s not nearly done and I won’t even start on the many problems of their making. We were enticed by initial cheap quote. Don’t be. You’ll be paying much more than that. They know how to make you. And the way they drag it, change dates, and sheer incompetence is mind-blowing. I wouldn’t recommend hiring anybody through OR.
