Property listing paused issue

I have a property listing that initially got 90+ listings, we took some viewings and managed to get a tenant. Unfortunately 10 days before they were due to move in the new tenants pulled out.

We have now relisted (nearly 2 month after initial listing) but openrent have paused my viewing as its showing i have more than 100 views when in fact i only have a handful on the recent post.

Not getting response on email and all the calls go to a third party who cant help.

Im effecting going to lose out of revenue as unlikely to get anyone to view if property not listed.

I have messaged lots from previous but they have all moved on.

I guess once you have gone through the process of advertising / RentNow holding deposit collection & signing online contract (which I assume you had if they were moving in in 10 days), then you have had the ‘paid for’ service.

You may need to pay & start again.

Online Contract wasnt signed, they pulled out as this was happening.

If that was the case they wouldnt have relisted the property

Has anyone successfully ever spoken to them over the phone
