My new tenants would like to move in on the 25th. This suits me, the property is currently empty. They are happy to pay the one month and one weeks rent upfront, but would like to pay the remaining months on the 1st of each month when they are paid. I am also fine with this. How do I arrange this on the contract?

To ensure there is a clear period to the tenancy, so that the notice period is clear, the rent payments have to be made on or before the start date on a rolling monthly basis.
